Our Seasonal Pairing (£85) and Sommelier Pairing (£130) each feature five wines, elegantly matched to the progression of your meal.
For a non-alcoholic alternative, our Alcohol-Free Pairing (£45) showcases a blend of alcohol-free cocktails and sparkling teas from Saicho.

A concept built around the history of the Lowcountry of the American South. We specialise in rare and finite Bourbons and an evolving menu of expertly crafted signature, classical, and historical cocktails. An extensive alcohol-free offering is also influenced by seasonal ingredients and irreverent recipes.
