Counter 71 is a celebration of nature from the British Isles. The rich history of farming, foraging and fishing, inspires our sense of heritage and invention. We source from growers redefining farming techniques, fishers working harmoniously with the sea, and livestock farmers bringing back rare breeds. This way, we show ultimate respect for every link in the chain.

lowcountry, the cocktail bar under counter 71, references Bar Manager, Ryan Sheehan's, roots in the coastal American South.
Using fat-washing, milk-washing, maceration, gelling, and rapid infusions, lowcountry’s seasonally rotating drinks menu is divided into: Classic, Historic and Signature - -highlighting American whiskey, in particular.
The house cocktail is the Boiler Maker: a beer with a shot of bourbon or rye on the side.
A range of small plates are available, examples include
Pimento Cheese, Fried Chicken and Ranch and Tater tots.
The bar is open Tuesday - Thursday 17:00 - 23:00
Friday -Saturday 17:00 - 00:00.
Walk-ins are welcome.

Due to the intimacy of our 16-person counter-style dining experience and our seasonal approach, we release our bookings in 4 week blocks on the 1st of the prior month.
Dinner is one seating, beginning promptly at 7:15pm.
We recommend arriving earlier to enjoy a drink in lowcounty beforehand, seating on the counter is from 6:45pm.
During November & December we will be opening for lunches on selected Fridays & Saturdays. One lunch seating will begin promptly at 13:00.We recommend arriving from 12:30 to enjoy a drink on the counter beforehand.
